It was right at reception counter this spontaneous activity is for fun and showing a happiness from Turkey man who has completed performance his visit in Madinah.

I was a bit late for my breakfasting but alhamdulillah Mr.Jawab Pakistani was very kind to share his place,food and drink. Yogurt and bread are the main food accompany with zamzam water and date were enough to make an energy back to normal for this breakfasting. Thank my friend Jawab see you again.

Care to community - Indonesian Hajj by Sumantri. Madinah - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 4th January 2008. The 451 Indonesian hajj has been stayed with Al Rashied Grande Orchid Madinah for 9 days. All hajj has performances 40 rakaat praying in The prophet Mohammad Masjid, they even got an extra time to performance the praying during fajr. Big smile,an excitement can see through their faces. The buses schedule at 12.00 noon to Madinah airport but they were ready at 9 am. While waiting the buses taking a photos, videos, and saying thank you to me was very meaningful. Have a nice trip back to Indonesia, Hajj mabroor!! I thank you to be able to serve you during stay in Madinah.

Ideation - A Few Good Man, Madinah - KSA, 9 January 2008. Three gentlemets were approcehed me at the reception counter of my hotel. Telling that two in house guests was missing important documents and some of Euro money, they conversation was in Turkey among this three gentlements and sometime translate in Arabic i understand the whole situation sometime i draw something in the paper to test the understanding of the conversation but i couldn't answer back due to language bearer. In the middle of conversation between me and this

three gentleman's the telephone of one of in house guest is ringing. There was Mohhamed Sadi call in English but the in house guest and the other gentlemen can not speak English, i was the one who comunicate with on the phone. Mr. Mohhamed Sadi is Nigerian informed that he found the wallet in the Masjid Al haram, and he mentioned he wait at toilet NO 1 at the masjid. Without any delay i and two in house guest thus a gentlemen from Milli Gorus quickly go to Masjid Al haram to toilet no 1. A few good man!! Mr. Mohammed Sadi is wonderful man, he brief us how he found and how he make a contact. After Ashr prayer he found the wallet, small bag on the floor, there was no clue of KSA telp number, but Holland address and tel number is there. Mr. Mohammed call to Holland to get tel number of Saudi for this two in house guest. Than Mr. Mohammed called to mobile of our in house guest. A few good man, very seldom people will make an effort on this kind of situation. On behalf of hotel i thank him for his honesty and effort again a few good man like Mr, Mohammed Sadi.

Director Of Rooms by Sumantri. I am in charge to look after 540 rooms with licene approved by Hajj commission of KSA to cater 2560 beds in the hotel for hajj and Umrah. Being Indonesian and I believe will be the first person in charge as Director of Rooms in Middle East specially in Madinah KSA. I have a Grete challenge which i believe i can sort it out. The huge difference of culture, language, knowledge and habit of work make me need to have an additional creativity to be successful in this country.

Hotel is just about a week open to day 2400 guests staying in house or hotel running with 97 % occupancy.Al Rashid Grande Orchid Hotel Madinah has 540 rooms with 2560 beds capacity for hajj and umra customers. This is the most great and extreme hospitality experience in my life since 16 years joint with hotel industry. 100 complaints raised 1000 compliments received. Complaint from key card not working, rooms dirty, bathroom leaking,guest stuck inside the elevator until hotel running of fresh water for shower those are blend together with thousand compliments from saying thank you, hugging, kissing and event giving a gift all come and go happened during this year hajj season. Over 4000 luggage we taking care with more than 12 000 kg in total , 2400 key cards created, 40 workers only run the operation.I am superb proud to have this great and extreme experience will never be compared in whatever hotel in the world when opening without any trial run but straightaway full occupancy. I meet thousand people from Europe namely turkey, Holland, Germany, France, Syria ,Indonesia and many more. Superb experienced I have as A Director of Rooms in this hotel
