With all the best hopes and wishes will we enter the Year of the Tiger and we all wish for a strong roar of prosperity, fortune, fame and good health. While the tiger is one of the strongest zodiac sign, it also reminds us of the fragile world, where preservation should play an equal importance to consummation. Perhaps a little modesty and making a small commitment to protect the environment will also make it a positive new year for the tiger and with hopefully in 60 years when the year next "Year of the White Tiger" is celebrated, there will still some of these majestic creatures roam our forest.

Thank you all for your wishes and congrats, we are so blessed to have our son arrive healthily. Thank you to Almighty Allah SWT for fulfilled our wish of having this baby and thank you for my wife for being a wonderful women and great mummy now. Our life will have more joy and happiness with this gorgeous, handsome and wonderful baby boy, his name “Deedat Wei Sheng E. Sumantri “.

Deedat born on 10022010 at 152.09 PM with mode of delivery: caesarean with birth weight 2, 8 kg, length 47, 5 cm and head circumference 33 cm in Sabah Medical Centre – East Malaysia in ward 319 under consultant DR. Helen Benedict Lasimbang

Water break begin at 23.45 on 09th February 2010 but after waiting for more than 15 hours and baby is still not coming, my wife decided to use caesarean mode of delivery after approval from me who arrive in Kota Kinabalu at 09.00 AM from Brunei on 10th February 2010.
Operation check list agreement signed by my wife at 2.30 PM. Operation begins at 14.50 PM baby born at 15.09 PM operation completed at 15.45 PM.Name of “Deedat “taken from the world moslem scholar from South Africa who master in Al Qur’an and bible his original name is Ahmad Deedat. Wei Sheng means; great success Indonesian Chinese always use as Wijaya. DEEDAT WEI SHENG E.SUMANTRI will be expecting become the world leader within 45 years from now on

The Up coming ATF 2010 will be Cambodia. Being a host Cambodia actively promote Cambodia as destination and as a host. During this ATF 2010 Cambodia host a gala dinner title " Cambodia Night " Serve on the dinner Cambodian food, brought 2 Chefs specially for this event. Dancing and singing were aslo shown during the dinner at The newly Grand Hall The Empire Hotel & COuntry Club, attended by All 10 member Tourism ministers from Asean. One of Asian Tourism Forum participant was Miss World 2009, her capacity to be at this ATF is to promote Vietnam as Miss World 2010 host. She was staying at The Empire Hotel & Country Club as official hotel for ATF. I was there to meet and greet her during ATF

About :Miss Gibraltar, Kaiane Aldorino is Miss World 2009 and she won the crown today among a bevy of beauties in a tough contest. The first runner up to the crown is Miss Mexico Perla Beltran and South Africa's Tatum Keshwar came up second runner up.

Aldorino won the crown with her impressive performances and subtle intelligence, which protrayed her as a beauty with a brain. She displayed composure and presence of mind during the entire competition.

Yusheng , yee sang or yuu sahng (simplified Chinese: 鱼生; pinyin: yúshēng) is a Chaozhou-style raw fish salad. It usually consists of strips of raw fish (most commonly salmon), mixed with shredded vegetables and a variety of sauces and condiments, among other ingredients. Yusheng literally means "raw fish" but since "fish (鱼)" is commonly conflated with its homophone "abundance (余)", Yúshēng (鱼生) is interpreted as a homophone for Yúshēng (余升) meaning an increase in abundance. Therefore, yusheng is considered a symbol of abundance, prosperity and vigor.
In this advance CNY 2010 I cooked Yee Sang for my wife and family back in Tuaran – West Malaysia, this dish is served as an appetizer to raise 'good luck' for the new year. My Yee Sang version ingredients include: Shredded fried fish, Shredded carrot, chopped Cashewnut peanuts, Pamelo fruite, Shredded cucumber, the dressing is made primarily from plum sauce.
families and friends gather around the table and, on cue, proceed to toss the shredded ingredients into the air with chopsticks while saying 吉祥话 (Jíxiáng Huà, auspicious wishes) out loud to mark the start of a prosperous new year and it's customary that the higher you toss, the greater your fortunes!!

My recent re-union treat for my old friends from Sheraton at this Halal Sunday Brunch at Li Gong serves the finest of regional Chinese cuisine,Some of the dishes available in the menus include Crispy Roasted Duck , chicken, Sushi,porridges with condiments, black paper craps and more And including a variety of dim sum delights, soups and choices of desserts. Priced at B$ 32+ per person and available from 11:30am onward, this is definitely a treat for everyone, my self, my wife my former General Manager, Datin Zaenah Bujang, my formal Human Resources Manager, Irene Shim and former Laundry manager, Jaliha were enjoyed the food so much. Three thumps for Li Gong .
