Tamparuli - home of the famous ‘Jambatan Tamparuli', a favourite folk song of the Kadazandusun people of Sabah which tells of a hanging bridge and the story a young girl who accidentally loses her shoe while crossing. Located some 42km from Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia Tamparuli holds its weekly tamu (market) every Wednesday in the town centre. Best time to tresure this market is early morning beetwen 7 am to 9 am not hot just nice.

Like most tamu, this is the best place to watch the local folks mingle as they do business. Fresh produce is often on display, as well as a variety of unique delicacies such as fish, poltery,durian,local souvenir, bambangan (a sour mango-like fruit preserved in jars and often served to complement main meals), fish cake,salt fish, taufu, rice wine, known as tapai or lihing. You can find just about anything here, from clothing to livestock - so it's sure to be a shopping experience like no other!

Wan Wan Restaurant is located at along Jalan Bundusan area, nearby Damai Club and Kadasan Dusun Cultural A. ( KDCA ), Penampang, Kota Kinabalu – Sabah – Malaysia, specialty is fish soup infused with ham Choy or preserved mustard vegetables and tomatoes.

This one of most famous restaurant in Kota Kinabalu is serves best Mee hoon Tom Yam the taste so rich and aromatic better than Thai origin serve with fish but one of expensive noodle in Kota Kinabalu.

Owned by Chinese family, do not ask about service, very noise restaurant, from waitress, greeter to manager they always talk loud. Look for Mee hoon Tom Yam fish one your food serve you do not need service anymore.

Question for an interview: An Important Luxury tourist for Brunei ?.
My answer to the question : Brunei is very selective in marketing tourism. One of we want to excel in this area is Luxury.
For high net worth individual and discerning group Brunei offer luxury and privacy unmatched nowhere else in Asia.

Brunei Darussalam 3rd June 2010. I join Gala Award Dinner, Brunei Halal 2010 held at The Empire Hotel & Country Club, Brunei Darussalam on 3rd June 2010. Organized by Brunei Wafirah Holding & Ghanim International Food Corporation. Events begin with Doa, opening remark from CEO organizer. Adding flavor to this year's programme is one minute of speech by Chef Boby Chinn.

Highlighted on that night were menus for dinner. Three course of winning menu from “Cooking from the Heart” competition were served from appetizer, main course and dessert. The announcement of the winners was made as well that night for public category and inspiring Chef

Feedback on the program, corporate video presentation was stated on the program but was not happened due to technical problem and Salawat and other Islamic religious song performance by group on that night was not suitable to be called as entertainment while having meals, i think!!
But overall program was bringing positive message to local and global market.
