Bandar Seribegawan 26 July 2007 The recent Emotional Connection Module and & The Sheraton brand module marked 3904 hours times consumed in conducting the 8 modules training from 2 under Sheraton brand and 6 under Sheraton experience modules for total of 122 associates. One of my biggest achievement in training history of me nearly 95 % on top of 3904 hours I conduced the training and the rest of hours belong to Nanetta my co-facilitator. This Emotional connection and Sheraton Brand module also marked my last training i conduct with Sheraton, Attended on the training new general manager Mr.Alex Riva who also share great guest experience story to participantn. Of course i will continue to build world class brand caused I am Sumantri I make the difference.

There hundred ways to create impacable to your customer without you being available as a simple as " a little note to hi " to huge and big gift. But the most important thing is a feeling behind and a massage behind. I remember

my discussion with my General Manager,Mr. Alex Riva. he said; which one is better to send to the guest " banana without note " or note without banana if you think about customer when we encounter the problem?!! No one answer the questions, could be banana as a gesture of apologise or a note to say sorry but the philosophy is to create a connection banana or other fruit may not meaning anything without a massage or opposite way a small note may mean a lot if created connecting. Explore your areas, create the power of un attended service using 5 sense, from sight, hear, touch,smell and taste provide the massage when necessary otherwise there is meaning at all. Some suggestion when creating " The power of un attended service " Flower with smell, flower with nice color, candle creating warm and romantic. Burner with scent each type of smell creating emotional connection and mind, a little touch on the table, bed, pillow, towels and so much more...!

Our recent trip to Indonesia discovered a new food which very nice and very reasonable price called " Otak-Otak" made from gridded tengiri fish covered with banana leaf and grill with charcoal and accompany with peanut sauce a perfect afternoon dish. Found exactly at the front of Depok Town Square. Around 3 to 5 pm there will be a lot of people Que to get this otak-otak. I rate this dish 9 score in term of taste.

Sawangan, Indonesia 20 July 2007. Around 25 orphan's children from Bumi Sawangan Indah district in Sawangan Indonesia attended the invitation of my self and my wife Amirah for get together and sharing happiness to this orphan children. The program start with " doa " lead by my self and followed by cutting of nasi tumpeng ( an Indonesian food tradition yellow rice in mountain shape with condiments used normally for celebration) to marked of this luncheon. The Angpaw also given at the end of the program. This share moment program is part of " Sumantri Care " program which have been continuously implement yearly in different location. Attended on this program my lovely mother the one who's taking care of the food and beverage. I thank you her very much and her friend who make this program happened.
