The outlet namely BAKSO MALANG KOTA " CAK EKO " will open soon. The opening ceremony will be held on 2 December 2006 at 4 pm onward . BAKSO MALANG KOTA "CAK EKO " provide an authentic local food from MALANG town such as bakwan and bakso Malang, from Bandung such as siomay, batagor Bandung and others authentic famous local culinary such as bakso urat, mie ayam, nasi goreng and etc. Motto which selected by the owner is THINK GLOBALLY EAT LOCALLY its content the message that continue to see the world thought out the knowledge and news and keep preserve local habit of eating local cuisine.
