Culinary Experience - Arabian BBQ cuisine by Sumantri Madinah 31 January 2008. Thusday night located about 25 km from city of Madinah, namely Al baidhah in the midle of desert and serounding with mountain rock that is the location where were having barbeque nigth. Mr. Shadi,Sultan,Yasser,Talhat and other felow has been very busy preparing all equipments. Barbeque pits and chacoal and more. Initiative come from Sultan and executed by Shadi. Depart from city of Madinah 11.00 pm with BMC fourwheel drive's Shadi's as well as driver of that night. Completed with meat,chicken and some vegy for barberque super this forwheel drive BMC full with laugh and excitment going to destination of barbeque party. We stop in between to rent " desert lamp". 45 minutes we reach our destination. WOW.....!!3 degree celcium weather doesn't change our mind. is a damp cold in the midle of no where!!! but supprisingly a lot arab family spending their week to do barbeque. Quick select location and set up barbeque pits were next.

I do belive all my Arab friend get used do it on this kind of thing. Carpet has been roll up, lamp is on, barbeque pits in start!! Shadi is chef of the night, he is expert in this culinary. 45 menutes later food is ready!! WOW...........superb delicious!! Fantastic!! Wonderful experince which i have not got before having barbeque in the midle of no where with 3 degree of weather condition. We continue enjoying the night accompany with great friends and " Gahwa " ( an Arabic coffee ) and tea. some are play games, and tell the story. In Arab culture i am consider been eccepted at their community. We depart at 3 am morning and back to city Madinah by 3.40 am. I thank you guys for arranging wonderful supper. It was superb fantastic night
