Building World Class Brand - I make the difference. I am Sheraton by Sumantri
Bandar Seri Begawan 19 December 2006. As early as 9.00 am morning and end up around 12.30 PM this second module "The Brand immersion training" held . 15 participants joint from various Department namely Housekeeping, A&G, Steward,FB production and AVIS. I conducted module called " I am Sheraton " cover Sheraton Positioning & Core Value,Everything communicates,Lasting impression and Associate Success profile and end with reflection and call to action. The objective and my goal of this module : by the end of the training all participant will understand Sheraton's positioning and core value, example of how everything communicates, stories telling and how experience create memories and recognize associate success profile training full with indoor and outdoor group activities few to name it such as flip chart core value, True south, front of the house and heart of the house taking picture activities, On brand and Off brand presentation, Creating last impression. Training take 3 hours and half in between we have a break for 15 minutes control by time keeper selected. At the end of the session we invite Datin Zainah Bujang our General Manager to share the great story was wonderful life skill experience to be involved in Building World Class Brand.
