Bandar Seribegawan Ramadhan 2004. The Sheraton Sport and Social Club or SSSC recently hosted a "Berbuka Puasa Bersama" Sungkai program for Associates and their families, in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan. Non-Muslim Associates were also cordially invited to the Berbuka Puasa. The hotel's General Manager, Datin Hih Zainah Bujang and approximately 70 Associates with their families attended the special event.
The event began at 5:00 P.M. with the reciting of the Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by the reading of the Holy Qur'an by Zuhairy Bin Jumat from Bell Services. To bless the function the SSSC Chairman, Mr. Endang Sumantri, invited Ustaz Dr Hj Mohd Syahroni Bin Hj Abd Kahar from the Islamic Dakwah Center to give a presentation. Ustaz Dr Syahroni answered Associates questions regarding the fasting month. The gathering finished with the ending of the fasting month which was followed by the Maghrib prayer, Berjemaah, and Doa. A delightful dinner followed the ceremony. According to Endang Sumantri, "This is an annual event organized by the SSSC members with an aim to support and strengthen the relationship amongst the Associates and their family members."
