Exceeding expectation - Warm Welcome Back by Sumantri
Bandar Seribegawan 22 February 2007. Another way to exceed of guest expectation is by creating a simple "Welcome Tools". Mr.Khalid is our long staying guest, he been away for couple weeks travel to middle east and other south east Asia country. To create a very warm welcome home plan require to set up a small team and the tools its self. Involve the maid to get more ideas, get agreement to connect with guest and set up the conversation guideline but is fine if maid would like to explore further on the conversation and of course get the champion on this small project to lead and to make sure is implemented. Set up the " Welcome Tools " on this small project we have agreed to provide " Cap Kaki Tiga " drinking water. The reason behind is very realistic, people arrive from middle east which is very hot temperature normally in hot body condition " Cap Kaki Tiga " drinking water is purpose to reduce hot from inside the body. Tend card to create connection in Bahasa Malay also provide. In order to look interesting welcome amenities placed in the black tray with flower get from garden.
