With daily average percentage spending of time and essential functions of 50 % manage daily operation of Guestrooms, Housekeeping, Laundry thus communicate at the front line maintaining customers relationship as a Lobby Ambassador. Responsible for revenue, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning of the departments. Manage the selection, training and development of associates with an eye toward maximum associate’s satisfaction, productivity and guest satisfaction. 25 % Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure adherence to brand standard compliance, cleanliness and maintenance. Manage operating expenses to maximizing cost while providing an excellence guest service.25 % Coordinate department activities with other department to facilitate increase levels of communication and guest satisfaction. Oversee divisional matter as relate to brand, procedure and standard.
And his personal talent range from singing, naturally event organizer also as former model appeared in various Newspapers, Brochures even TV commercial advertising for company such as Walls, HSBC, Shopping Mall, Photos Studio etc. In addition to this Sumantri also makes sure to take a pleasure in life by spending quality life with his wife and enjoying fitness activity such as mountain walking, badminton and soccer.
Sumantri intends to further his career in the hospitality industry by continuing actively in hotel operations and beyond, expanding his human resources as his talent.
