Bandar Seri Begawan 18 April 2007. Black or White is the theme of Sheraton Utama Hotel staff party this year, organized by hotel sport and social club chaired by Chef Ken. Begin with welcome performance by Committee followed Datin Hjh Zainah Bujang the Sheraton Utama Hotel, General Manager. In her speech, Datin Hjh Zainah Bujang thanks to all staff of the hotel for hard work during 2006. The party lead by outside MC and DJ. This year Executive Committee performance came up in very extrim theme. "Sheraton Utama Baby Care" sound like very cute but you can imagine if above 40 years old have to wear pamper and baby cloths, Excoms performance just opening of the party. There were a lots more to come, unplugged band company the participant during dinner as always active on this and this year i sang 3 songs. Utama Idol, Department performance and couple of the night were some of the show attraction of the night, but the main one were Lucky draw and Employee of the year.

In building world class brand one of way to reach level call " LOYAL GUEST " is by achieving exceed expectation. I have an opportunity to create connecting ritual plan event as one of method in exceeding expectation. Indonesian embassy is one customer specially for yearly catering for Indonesian Independence Day. Indonesian Embassy in Brunei Darussalam also been supported Sheraton Utama when we have FOOD FESTIVAL. After approached them regularly, visit them as part of sales call method i managed to lead the business for farewell buffet lunch. Is not much cover only 12 paxs but in Sheraton Utama 1 pax taking a buffet is very significant.
The aim is to impressed The Spouse of Indonesian Ambassador and to create memorable experience for Ibu Yadi the host of that day. Appearance how we will present ourselves : Trio in house musician Faisal, Dadan and Josan dressed in Javanese costume. My self, Tasek brasseries and Bellman in proper uniform. What we do is reserved the parking for this group, warm welcome at the lobby by my self, reserved the table for this group, and create a nicely done slice of cake with decoration and wording "Selamat Jalan & Terima kasih. The best part was when i and the team sang Indonesian farewell song call " Kembali keJakarta. Tear start came out from each eyes of participants. This all women from Indonesian embassy impressed with our surprised " Connecting ritual plan events. All human truths cover, understand, Belong,Special,In control and reach potential blend together in core value, warm, comforting and connection.

One of new method in Building World Class Brand as a brand service experience, a Leadership tool kit has been proposed to support manager and supervisors in moving initiative forward. The toolkit will give an ideas to allow teams to continue emphasizing brand guest service on an going, long term basis. Each module will be on a CARD that will permit to easily share the topic with others in daily briefing. This leadership toolkit content of the total modules cover from 2 modules under Sheraton brand and 6 modules under Sheraton experience.This is the answer that the guest experience will dramatically improve, which is at the core of this initiative. Some optional activities also added to create more fun and live when implement this initiative. This module will takes 52 weeks or 5 times a week and each day have one and different module.
