Building World Class Brand - Emotional Connection by commanders

The third series in the Sheraton Experience module were conducted from 29
January to 1 February 2007. Classes divided into two morning from 9 am to 12 noon and afternoon from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm there were 8 classes in total. I was conducted 6 classes for this module. The objective this module by the end of the session participant will be able to : Understand the four components of emotional intelligence, Identify how empathy can enhance work place interactions,Understand what behaviors increase or decrease emotional bank accounts and improve feedback.
