Director Of Rooms by Sumantri. I am in charge to look after 540 rooms with licene approved by Hajj commission of KSA to cater 2560 beds in the hotel for hajj and Umrah. Being Indonesian and I believe will be the first person in charge as Director of Rooms in Middle East specially in Madinah KSA. I have a Grete challenge which i believe i can sort it out. The huge difference of culture, language, knowledge and habit of work make me need to have an additional creativity to be successful in this country.

The hotel really crazy busy!! Im proud of you of what you've done and how you handled them not just everybody can do it but with only people who are really experienced and with great sense of hospitality can do it. Your boss sure appreciates that and must be satisfied with your effort for these big.
