Ideation - Building World Class Brand - Loyalty Beyond Reason by Sumantri

Bandar Seribegawan, 11 December 2006. The Sheraton brand - Loyalty Beyond Reason training was conducted to day as early as 9 00 am early morning marked by opening speech by General Manager, Datin Zainah Bujang. There were 14 participants in morning class and 12 participant in afternoon class from various departments including the tenants, namely Kitchen,Housekeeping,Laundry,Steward,Cantik Spa,Gift shop and Avis. The training take more longer than planning which was allocated 3 hours but end up with 4 hours one hour longest this due very fantastic challenge that the trainer need to translate into three languages which were English, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia. Contents of the training covered were brand excellence,guest loyalty,typical Sheraton guest, Human truth and reflection and call for action. The objective of the training its self were understand branding and its link to guest loyalty , understand the dynamics of the service profit chain, identify the typical Sheraton guest, Identify how"human truths" relate to the guest and associates.
it was wonderful experience be able to train and involve on Building World Class Brand. The participant were enthusiastic and very egger to know more. Some of the good comments were as follows : I like best is about the human truths cause is very interesting,it will not just help to up grade ourselves but can help to our daily lives in Bahasa Indonesia and much more.
My self and my partner ken were very happy and we will continue to keep up our style of training better.
