. To day participant were 17 persons for morning class and 18 persons for afternoon class.
they were from various department namely engineering,Houskeeping,FB service, Kitchen,Sales and A&G as well as from tenant Cantik Spa and Avis.
To day experience were much better than yesterday interm of mastering the contents,time management and effectiveness both of trainer were feel more confident.
