Event Organizer- Creating Belong to in house guest by Sumantri. Bandar Seribegawan 17 July 2007. Mr. Khalid Affandy is one of Sheraton Utama Hotel long staying guest on 16 July 2007 completed that he stayed one year with the hotel. As an appreciation and thank you to Mr. Khalid i created called " Star Customer Experience " the objective is simple created " belong". Here's the details : Inspired by BWCB in creating exceeding expectation after having an conversation with Mr. Khalid i stared drawn the plan. A week before the due date i sent an e-mail to Mr. Alex Riva
the General Manager of the hotel for approval of my plan. As soon as the plan approved follow by executing step of the plan, 1st to sign and write a thank you wish on the top of photo frame paper used as a gift after the event. Second send an invitation to Mr.Khlaid by General Manager the third shared the agenda with the team the fourth search the song which related to this occasion. I select "Thank You" by Dido and Kemesraan by iwan fals as a title of songs

5.00 PM – Arrival of Mr. Khalid Effendy & Mr. Sumito ( every body shake the hand )

5.15 PM – Welcome and Thank You speech by General Manager. Mr. Alex Riva

5.20 PM –1st Song “ THANK YOU - DIDO“ Featuring Faizal, Sumantri and rap by Mahadi

Every one is welcome to sing chorus only

Dear Sumantri,

This is Khalid. Never really had the opportunity to thank you personally for the effort you spent in organising my "1st Anniversary at the Sheraton Utama Hotel". It was truly a memorable experience for both Sumito and me. Yes, you definitely achieved your objective of creating an experience for your guest...the "I Belong" experience. Both Sumito and I feel very much belonging to the Sheraton Utama family, even before the 'surprise' party that was held in our honour. The Sheraton Utama Hotel may be lacking in many facilities that are offered by other bigger hotels in Brunei but I must say, the Sheraton Utama Hotel family truly made up for the shortcomings in the warmth, friendliness and very family-like atmosphere. Of course, not wanting to forget to thank both you and Amirah for being a great company and for allowing both Sumito and I a chance to be part of your lives in Brunei. I don't believe in good-byes.
