Culinary Experience - Manggo Fish by Sumantri. Tuaran Kota Kinabalu west Malaysia 1 july 2007. Mango fish is Thai cuisine this one of my favorite food is superb Delicious if my wife the one who cook. Content of fried fish,lime juice,fish sauce,onion,chilly, cut mango and other ingredients mix together to get a balance of sour,sweet and spice thus refreshing aroma accompany with hot rice..believe me you gonna be sweat. The best mango fish is with the fresh fish. I was an experiencing superb mango fish, i catch the fish and my wife cook it!!
