The training will be conducted by Dayang Jaliha hjh Rabaha, The hotel’s Laundry Manager the qualified facilitator of this ABC of Housekeeping training who has attended ABC of Housekeeping facilitator training in Westin Kuala Lumpur recently. For the next three month Jaliha and her housekeeping team will be joining the training to achieve the objective of ABC’s of Housekeeping which is identify potential area improvement, enhance the consistency of quality, reduce guest complaint and reduce associates work loads and process audit.
Attend on the launching were Mr. Alex Riva the General Manager's of the Sheraton Utama Hotel, Mr. Sumantri Endang, the Property Service Culture Trainer cum Executive Housekeeper, Ms. Nanetta Jordana, the Human Resources Administrator and all of Housekeeping and Laundry staff 's Sheraton Utama Hotel.
