Culinary Experience - OTAK-OTAK by Sumantri. Depok, Indonesia 22 July 2007. Our recent trip to Indonesia discovered a new food which very nice and very reasonable price called " Otak-Otak" made from gridded tengiri fish covered with banana leaf and grill with charcoal and accompany with peanut sauce a perfect afternoon dish. Found exactly at the front of Depok Town Square. Around 3 to 5 pm there will be a lot of people Que to get this otak-otak. I rate this dish 9 score in term of taste.
